Taking on her tiniest role to date, the 25-year-old starlet – currently appearing in West End play Children’s Hour – will lend her vocals to the miniature green creature, in a remake of the JM Barrie classic.
And Keira’s not the only big name to appear in the new flick, billed as 'a bold new take on the original mythology.'
It’s thought Bob Hoskins and Anna Friel also star in the quirky film, and started filming their roles last September.
Wayward Welsh actor Rhys Ifans will also make an appearance, as magical villain, Captain Hook.

It’s thought Rhys and Anna - who are reportedly enjoying a Hollywood romance - first hooked up after they met on set.
The modern new flick – which will be screened in two parts on Sky Movies Premiere later this year – is just one of a long line of classic fairytale remakes set for release.
Twilight director Catherine Hardwick first started the trend, shooting a steamy version of Red Riding Hood, starring Marie Claire’s April cover girl Amanda Seyfried.
And Breaking Dawn beauty Kristen Stewart is tipped to land the lead in a new version of Snow White - titled Snow White and the Huntsman – alongside Oscar-winner Charlize Theron, set to start shooting later this year.
