The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are widely expected to set up home in Anmer Hall on the Queen’s 20,000 acre estate and they’ll have a huge 10 bedrooms to roam around in. The new developments include a garden room measuring 16ft by 16ft complete with large windows to allow perfect viewing of their manicured lawn.

There will also be plenty to feed Kate’s love of sport with the mansion boasting its own swimming pool and tennis court. But the real bonus is that it’s full of happy memories for Prince William as it’s believed he visited the hall regularly when he was young.
