Kate Middleton was without her husband over New Year, as he rushed to a dramatic RAF rescue mission in Anglesey
Kate Middleton may have been able to spend Christmas day with Prince William and her family, but it seems she was left without her hubby on New Year’s Eve.
According to reports, the Duchess of Cambridge saw in 2013 with her parents, after the Duke was called out on an emergency RAF search and rescue mission.
It’s thought Prince William, known as Flight Lieutenant Wales, joined military colleagues at their Anglesey base to search for a missing man, who was believed to have been swept out to sea while walking his dog.
Meanwhile, the Duchess of Cambridge spent the evening with her parents, before travelling back to Anglesey with royal protection officers.
Yesterday it was revealed Kate Middleton has been snacking on lavender biscuits to cure her morning sickness over Christmas, as recommended by Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.
Lavender has long been recommended as an anti-nausea precaution, which hasn’t escaped the notice of the royal family, seeking to find a cure for poorly Kate.
And while most pregnant women are advised to administer the lavender with drops of oil in the bath, Kate Middleton has found a different way to enjoy the natural remedy: in lavender-infused shortbread biscuits.
