The Queen’s personal doctors, as well as medical staff at King Edward VII Hospital in London, are currently caring for Kate. A St James's Palace spokesman said: 'The Duchess of Cambridge is continuing to feel better. She and the Duke are immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received.

'She will remain in hospital at present and will continue to be treated for Hyperemesis Gravidarum.'

When Kate is well enough to return home, it’ll be all change as Prince William is forced to decide whether to continue his career in the RAF or leave to become a full-time working royal.

The couple will also have to wait longer than hoped for their new home to be ready. Workmen were transforming Princess Margaret’s former apartment at Kensington Palace but after discovering asbestos, the royal couple and their newborn won’t be able to move in until next October.
