  • Kim Kardashian is engaged to Kanye West, according to reports in the US this morning. Get all the details on the proposal, here...

Kim Kardashian is engaged to Kanye West, E! News reports today. The rapper proposed to his reality TV star girlfriend on the evening of her 33rd birthday on Monday night in front of family and friends at the AT&T Park in San Francisco.

But while the proposal itself comes as little surprise to fans of the Kardashian clan – who saw the couple welcome their first child, North West, in June – the proposal itself is almost too good to be true.

Ready for it? Sources say that Kanye West proposed to Kim in the most lavish way possible, by projecting ‘marry me’ onto the stadium screen for everyone to see. It’s claimed that Kanye rented out the ENTIRE stadium for his romantic proposal, and we’d put money on it being filmed for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Coul this be the most A-list marriage proposal ever?

The rapper made an appearance eat the Hollywood Film Awards in Beverly Hills on Monday, but told his audience that he was flying back to San Francisco that night. The little sneak.

Kim has had an eventful year. On 4 June she finalised her divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries, she then welcomed baby Nori on June 15.

Back in February, Kim said: ‘[Marriage] is something I know that we both want in our future, but I don’t have this sense of urgency about it. I have this best friend who understands me and helps me through all my tough experiences, and vice versa, you know? It just feels like this is it for me.’

We’ll bring you more details as they land. Congrats, guys!
