Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may have reunited just hours earlier, but the reality TV starlet was sidelined when the rapper bumped into music pal Jay-Z on the streets of New York yesterday.

Pregnant Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were taking a stroll after a shopping spree at upscale designer store Isabel Marant when they bumped into the famous face.
And Kanye, who has just returned from a stint recording his new album in Paris, was quick to embrace his rapper pal, leaving pregnant Kim sidelined.
This comes after it was revealed Kanye West is planning to take a break from music around the time of the birth of his first child.
'He’s getting all the work out the way so that he can be with Kim and the baby nonstop for at least the first six months,' a source told Hollywoodlife.com of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby plans.
'Once their baby is born, Kanye will be on a self imposed lockdown!'
