Mrs C has finally broken her silence, in a message to 'Cheryl's soldiers' on her website
After keeping us in suspense for weeks, Cheryl Cole has spoken out for the first time since her controversial American X Factor sacking, assuring fans she’s 'absolutely fine.'

In a gushing post on her website, titled ‘A message from Cheryl to her soldiers’ Mrs C thanked loyal followers for their support, explaining she’s had the ‘weirdest few weeks.’
‘Where do i start?,’ she wrote in the message. ‘I wouldn't even know how to begin to tell you all about it.
'What I do know for certain is that I have the BEST, most unbelievable people out there, who I feel so lucky to call my support system.
‘I feel your presence and strength always, and no matter what decision I make or what it is I'm facing, I appreciate you all more than you'll ever know.’
The songstress, who went to ground after her early exit from the American show and has not been seen in public since, told how she’s been relaxing at home with friends and family, and even joked about enjoying a break from high heels.
‘I have had the time that I have not had in so long to just chill with my loved ones and do the normal things that I like to do,’ the Geordie singer told fans.
‘It feels long overdue and sooooo good, even my feet are happy to not have to wear a pair of high heels hehe.’
Signing off the post with a promise of more news soon, Cheryl reminded fans to ‘keep calm and carry on’ in the coming weeks.
‘You are my little soldiers and you mean the world to me,’ she wrote. ‘Remember what I tell you, stay strong, keep calm and carry on ;) I'll speak to you all soon when I have some new news, until then I salute you :)’
Despite the rambling message, Cheryl failed to reveal what she planned to do next, or when she would return to work.
She also made no mention of reports she’s considering a reconciliation with ex-hubby Ashley Cole, after rumours of a reunion at their Surrey mansion.
