    Girls Aloud rallied round pregnant band member Nadine Coyle yesterday, to offer her – albeit a little late – congratulations on her pregnancy.

    Cheryl Cole, Kimberly Walsh and Nicola Roberts all sent messages to the mum-to-be on Twitter, with Cheryl branding the news ‘crazy’.

    While it took the girls several hours to respond to Nadine’s baby news, they eventually cottoned on, with Nicola staring the messages by writing: ‘@NadineCoyleNow Congratulations on your lovely news x’.

    Cheryl Cole followed suit, posting: ‘just woke up to the news that there is to be a baby aloud!! This is so crazy. But Amazing!!’

    She followed: Congratulations @nadinecoylenow. Can’t believe you’re going to be a mummy!!!!!!!!!!!’

    Meanwhile, Kimberley went for short and sweet, simply writing: ‘Congrats on your exciting news’.

    Sarah Harding added: ‘@nadinecoylenow Congrats babe!!! 1 down…4 left to go lol!! X’.

    Nadine Coyle announced her pregnancy yesterday, taking to Twitter and Instagram to share her happy news with surprised fans.

    Building up to her big reveal the 28-year-old Irish beauty Tweeted: ‘This is the most Craic I have ever had!!!!! I need to jazz myself up to tell you all! Xxx’

    Just minutes later Nadine followed with a picture of herself on stage, captioned ‘I am having a baby. X’

    Nadine is yet to reveal the identity of her little one’s father, although some have reported it is previous love interest, American footballer Jason Bell, who she ended her engagement to in June 2011.
