Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend arrested after fight with fiance Olivier Martinez

The two men were involved in a 'brutal fight' at Halle Berry house, as Gabriel dropped their daughter off on Thanksgiving morning

Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey has been arrested, after a 'brutal fight' with the actress's fiance, Olivier Martinez.

The brawl took place outside Halle's Hollywood home, as Aubrey dropped their daughter Nahla off on Thanksgiving morning.

Reports suggest the fight broke out after Olivier asked to speak to Gabriel about the ongoing custody dispute between him and Halle.

And it soon turned nasty.

'Olivier blocked [Gabriel's punch] and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead... Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, a struggle ensued, ending when Olivier pinned Gabriel to the ground,' one source told gossip website TMZ.

Afterwards, police responded to a report of an assault, reportedly booking the French model, before releasing him on $20,000 bail.

Andrew Smith, Commanding Officer, LAPD Media Relations and Community Affairs Group told People: He [Aubry] was booked for a private persons arrest for battery.'

Both men were taken to hospital, with Gabriel Aubrey treated for a broken rib and bruises to the face an hour before Olivier Martinez was treated at the same hospital for neck injuries and a possible broken hand.

According to repots, Aubrey is due in court to answer the charges on December 13.

The fight comes after Gabriel petitioned against Halle Berry's plans to move to France with her fiance - arguing it would give him limited access to their daughter.

Halle's camp argued back that Nahla would live a quieter life in France, due to the strict laws on paparazzi.
