It took us a second to recognise the singer when we first clapped eyes on this photo, which was released by her record label EMI.
In her typically outlandish style, Katy's gone all out with full face and body paint, bright purple lips and gravity-defying loopy hair.
Kanye, on the other hand, just looks like Kanye. Spoil sport!
E.T will be the fourth release from Miss Perry's Teenage Dream album, and we'll bring you the full video as soon as it's released. We can't wait!
