Gordon Ramsay reveals he's had 'work done' to crack America
Temperamental chef Gordon Ramsay has admitted having his face filled out with dermal fillers to make his face more palatable for a US audience.
'My mother said they were smile lines, which I can live with at 21 but not at 42,' he told the Radio Times.
On the advice of Simon Cowell, Gordon had the grooves in his chin plumped out, 'Simon Cowell suggested that now I am a success in the States I should do something, so I had a filler put under the deep crevices. It hurt.'
Gordon also made a point of praising his 'brilliant' wife Tania, saying that the media storm over rumours of an affair had brought him and Tania closer than ever. And that the support of friends like David and Victoria Beckham and their families have helped.
