You could be next proud owner of Gisele and Tom Brady's home... but it comes with a hefty price tag

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are moving house - and they stand to make a pretty huge profit when they do.

The Brazilian supermodel and her American football star husband have reportedly listed their Los Angeles mansion for $50 million (£30.3m).

Considering that both Gisele and Tom are huge stars who've seen some sizable paydays over the years, the number isn't that shocking. It's nearly the same amount that Victoria and David Beckham paid for their new London home.

But what is surprising is the gigantic profit the couple is set to make off the property. Brady bought the home in 2008 (before marrying Gisele) for only $11.75 million.

So are Gisele and Tom crazy for choosing such a hefty price tag? Not exactly. They put loads of work into remodelling the home and adding in every A-list luxury imaginable. The place even comes with its own moat.

They definitely sunk a large amount of cash into the renovations, but it was a worthy investment. According to E! Online, their profit could be anywhere between $10 and $27 million.

Sounds like these two could go into the house-flipping business once they retire from their current gigs.
