Geri Halliwell opted for low-key family dinner, with her mum and daughter, to celebrate turning 40 last night.
Amid rumours that the Spice Girls will be performing at the Olympics closing ceremony on Sunday, Geri Halliwell decided to keep her 40th birthday celebrations to a minimum.
The former singer showed off her tanned and toned pins in a chic LBD and gold heels as she dined at Little House in Mayfair with her mum, Ana Maria, and cute-as-a-button daughter, Bluebell.
Earlier in the day, Geri had tweeted a pic of her birthday cake, adding: 'Having such a lovely birthday, thanks to you all.'
While there's been no official confirmation that the Spice Girls will reunite for the Olympic Closing ceremony on Sunday, if our detective skills are correct (and they always are), all the mysterious tweets from the girls confirm beyond all reasonable doubt that they are.
