Swapping his werewolf alter ego for a brand new character, handsome Twilight star Taylor’s latest role is packed with action.
We'll see him play teen Nathan, who finds a baby photo of himself on a missing persons website, and – along with on, and off-screen love interest Lily Collins - sets out to discover the truth about his life.
Sounds dramatic!
The hotly-tipped new flick - Mr Lautner's first leading role - also stars A-list actress Sigourney Weaver, and is directed by John Singleton.

Yesterday rising star Lily (daughter of Genesis rocker Phil Collins) praised her rumoured beau, revealing she thinks Taylor’s latest character will really ‘shock his fans’.
‘[He is] very Jason Bourne-esque, of course with his own twist on it,’ Lily revealed of Taylor’s character to MTV. ‘It's a complete departure from Jacob.
Abduction hits screens on September 30.
