When Serena Williams met Princess Kate on Thursday, the tennis champ served up the perfect fangirl reaction.
‘I'm in the “in-crowd” now – I'm with royalty!’ she said in a Snapchat video alongside Duchess Kate and fellow royal, Sophie, Countess of Wessex.

The reigning Wimbledon champ earned a spot in the world's most prestigious tennis finals after beating Russian Elena Vesnina in a match watched by Kate and a mix of only-at-Wimbledon celebrities.
Before the game, which lasted just 48 minutes, Kate took a tour of the grounds, meeting some of this year's ball boys and girls on the Players' Lawn at the British tennis championships. In a similar fashion to her mother-in-law Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, who attended Wimbledon recently, Kate passed on her best wishes to both Serena and her sister Venus as she chatted with their mom, Oracene Price.

Now that Serena has ushered Kate into Snapchat, we can only hope that she opens her own account soon. Considering her recent flawless style, we have a feeling she could even make the bread-face filter look amazing.
