The 37-year-old actress, who has had a joyful year after marrying art director Will Kopelman in June and giving birth to her first child, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, on 26 September, looks blissfully happy in the cover shot as she gazes into her daughter's eyes and introduces her baby girl to the world.
The new mum told People that she has experienced a rollercoaster of emotions since giving birth, saying:
'I couldn't eat or sleep for two weeks, I was just so nervous!
'You have the highest highs and yet you're facing the biggest fear of, "How do I keep someone alive?"

'It's like the biggest crush I've ever had in my life!'
She also revealed to the magazine that her new hubby is helping her provide the loving home she wants for her baby: 'I really wanted a wonderful traditional home for my kid. Will comes from a strong family, he provides a strong family... It just makes me so emotional because it's like a miracle.'
Just last week, Drew told chat show host Ellen DeGeneres how she and Will came up with their baby name:
'I never would have guessed that would have been the name. But I was reading a book with my husband. I was three months pregnant and they said your baby is the size of an olive, and that was it. We never looked back!'
Even though she only gave birth a little over two months ago, Drew has already been back on the Hollywood social scene, most recently attending the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style in LA last week looking chic in a black tee, trouser and blazer combo with heeled shoes and a chain strap handbag.
