Demi Moore has returned to LA following a post-rehab vacation and is reportedly ‘eager to get back to work.’

The actress has arrived back home in Los Angeles after a month-long stint in rehab followed by a holiday in the Caribbean, and sources say she is eager to put her troubles behind her and make a fresh start.

‘Demi feels great and she is eager to get back to work,’ a source told RaderOnline.

‘She has been focusing on her health in the last month and she’s getting better every day.

‘Demi wants to work again; she knows that she can handle a few projects so she’s looking forward to that.’

The 49-year-old has been off the radar since January 23 when she was hospitalised after collapsing and suffering a seizure while reportedly smoking an unidentified substance.

Moore had been set to star as Gloria Steinem in the upcoming biopic about porn star Linda Lovelace but was forced to pull out following her troubles in the aftermath of her split from Ashton Kutcher.

The coveted role has been given to Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker.

    Welcome back, Demi!
