The Australian singer has denied her relationship is at breaking point
Dannii Minogue and partner Kris Smith have issued a statement blasting rumours they were set to split, following reports that the couple were at breaking point.

The statement, given to Australia’s Herald Sun newspaper, insisted that they are happy and that 10-month-old son Ethan is their main priority: ‘Thanks for your concern. We’re happy to be back at home in Melbourne together as a family. We are committed to our relationship and Ethan as always'.
Rumours broke last week that the couple, who met in Ibiza three years ago, were arguing over their heavy workloads and the difficulties of constantly travelling between the UK and Australia.
Hints at a possible break-up were posted on Twitter, with Dannii tweeting: ‘Never chase love. If it isn’t freely given by another person it’s not worth having.’
And even more cryptically: ‘Forgiving someone does not mean forgetting what they did. It simply means letting go of the hurt.’
At the same time, Kris also lamented: ‘You don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone.’
All of the posts were deleted soon after, and it is now believed the couple are busy planning Ethan’s 1st birthday in July.
Following her departure from the UK X Factor, Dannii will now be based in Australia for some time, filming the new series of Australia’s Got Talent, while Kris currently works in Manchester. Dannii has frequently spoken about her desire to relocate permanently to Australia, so it is expected the young family may settle there soon.
