Daniel Radcliffe: 'Fame has hit Robert Pattinson harder'

He’s got a role in the biggest film-franchise of the decade, an army of female fans and is famous around the world, but Daniel Radcliffe has said he definitely doesn’t envy Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson.

Opening up on R-Patz – who also starred in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – Dan said he thinks Rob has had life 'a lot harder' after being thrown into the limelight after Twilight’s unexpected success.

‘I think he's had to deal with kind of a lot more,’ Dan told Access Hollywood of Rob’s dramatic rise to Twilight fame.

He continued: ‘I had a very gradual easing in to the idea of fame, because I was doing the first two films back to back almost.

'So, while the whole 'Potter' film franchise was exploding, I was in studios filming and kind of unaware that this thing was going massive outside.

‘Where as Rob, [he] was suddenly the most famous guy in the world. I think that's a lot harder to deal with.’

Both actors have struggled to keep their respective relationships out of the limelight, with Rob dating Twilight beauty Kristen Stewart, and Dan romancing Harry Potter production assistant Rosanne Coker.
