The ongoing feud between the pair escalated last night, as Courtney blasted Lily for drug use over Twitter
Yikes. You wouldn't want to get into a spat with either of these two. The running feud between Courtney Love and Lily Allen escalated last night, with accusations of drug use over Twitter.
It started with Lily calling Courtney a 'drug addled lunatic' via Twitter, followed by the posting of an unflattering picture of the 45-year-old.
Not a good move.
While it may have been meant as a joke, Miss Love didn't take too kindly to the postings, and hit back with vicious claims that Lily had taken 'blow' and 'gak' - slang words for cocaine - in her house.
'Lily tweeted that pic?' came her catty Tweet response. 'That's just baby brat nonsense. Wouldn't deign to post a picture of her thighs.'
She added: 'Lily, I'm not the one on gak every night dear, you are. The night you home invaded me, (you) did all the blow I've ever seen in my home, wouldn't leave and blamed ME for your s*** show?'
'You're really a brat. Is there anyone you haven't started a meaningless strop with?'
She then also posted a picture of Lily, labelling her 'fat.'
But no, it didn't stop there. It seems Courtney was on a roll...
'Here's the thing, I'm NOT on drugs. She IS. If you want to be factual about it, since she accused me of being on them first,' she Tweeted.
'I can't believe someone who did massive amounts of cocaine at my house and was thrown out blamed me for her drugs. Publicly she said I gave her hallucinogens, when she did about a kilo with my daughter asleep upstairs, and had to be physically removed.'
'I have ALL the dirt on Lily,' she continued.
'It's a good thing she's going to retire, look at the lyrics for 'The Fear,' she lies, she steals sunnies from Frances who loathes her.'
Oh dear.
The bickering between the pair kicked off three weeks ago at the Brit Awards, after Courtney accused Lily of not allowing anyone else to be dressed in Chanel.
A spokesperson for Lily has refused to comment on the drug use allegations - despite Miss Allen admitting to taking drugs in the past.
But is Lily backing down? She came back with a rather sheepish Tweet, saying: 'Sorry that was mean. Enuff of these juvenile musings, I should never have risen to the bait. Silly Lily.'
