EXCLUSIVE! Cheryl Cole gets expert beauty advice from the model turned make-up artist
Cheryl Cole may be one of the most beautiful women in the world but even she isn’t exempt from some gentle critique from the experts. Marie Claire online spoke to model-turned-make-up artist, Jemma Kidd and asked how she would refresh the singer’s beauty look.
Jemma told us: ‘I would probably go down the ‘less is more’ route – Cheryl is a beautiful girl and doesn’t need to be overly made-up – hopefully she’ll take trend tips from the catwalks for next season.’
And what are key trends for next year? ‘Definitely the no make-up look – flawless but not overdone,’ Jemma tells us. ‘Who wants to look like they’ve spent hours in front of the mirror?’
And more importantly, who has time the time to spend on perfecting a face full of make-up every day?
We spoke to the working mum-of-three as she helps find the world’s first Walt Disney World Family and asked for her styling tips:
‘I don’t look perfect trust me, I know how to get rid of dark circles!
‘I just know what clothes suit me, and I always make sure my make-up is fresh and natural, ponytails are great on bad hair days.’
Someone who does manage to present herself perfectly is Kate Middleton whose fan club has a new addition in Jemma.
She said: ‘Kate Middleton is doing a fantastic job and looks great all the time.’
She most certainly does!
