Adele has finally made her way to Wembley Stadium and is currently playing the last few dates of her world tour. She's been across the globe belting out tunes from 25, and making an outrageous amount of money while doing it.

Throughout the gigantic 15 month tour, she's made headlines for helping couples get engaged, shutting down security staff mid-gig so they would let her fans dance, and letting slip that she secretly married her partner, Simon Konecki.

However, while she was performing in New Zealand back in March she reportedly told the crowd that she didn't think she would tour ever again.

'Touring isn’t something I’m good at… applause makes me feel a bit vulnerable,' she admitted to 40,000 fans.

'I don’t know if I will ever tour again. The only reason I’ve toured is you. I’m not sure if touring is my bag.’

And it seems she has echoed this sentiment after her gig at Wembley Arena last night, with a heartfelt letter to fans admitting that she isn't sure if she is cut out for life on the road.

In the memo, Adele wrote: 'So this is it. After 14 months on the road and 18 months of 25, we are at the end. We have taken this tour across UK + Ireland, throughout Europe, all over America and I finally got to go to Australia and New Zealand too.

'Touring is a peculiar thing, it doesn't suit me particularly well. I'm a real homebody and I get so much joy in the small things, plus I'm dramatic and have a terrible history of touring. Until now that is!

'I've done 119 shows and these last 4 will take me up to 123, it has been hard but an absolute thrill and pleasure to have done.

'I only ever did this tour for you and to hopefully have an impact on you the way that some of my favourite artists have had on me live.

'And I wanted my final shows to be in London because I don't know if I'll tour again and so I want my last time to be at home.'

She continued: 'Thank you for coming, for all of your ridiculous love and kindness. I will remember all of this for the rest of my life.

'I love you. Goodnight for now.'

So there it is in black and white - Adele might never tour again once she has wrapped up her final show on Sunday. And FYI, tickets are still going on eBay if you've got a spare few hundred pounds...
