Alexa Chung For Eyeko: The Collection We’ve All Been Waiting For

    Alexa Chung has partnered with cult beauty brand Eyeko to release her debut make-up range – and it’s all about the eyes.

    The 30-year-old British style icon, who is famed for her perfectly precise feline flicks, has created a limited-edition gift set featuring a lash-enhancing Eye Do mascara and an inky jet black smudge-proof eyeliner to allow us all to recreate Alexa’s sultry cat-eye creations at home.

    The must-have make-up set will be on available online exclusively at from Nov. 14, and marks Alexa’s first beauty offering since being named creative director at the British beauty brand.

    ‘Liquid liner is my saviour,’ Alexa Chung told WWD of how she fell into the collaboration. ‘Other people like other things to feel like they look normal, but for me, I’m pretty much naked without my eyeliner on. It’s my comfort blanket.’

    Favoured by stars such as Jennifer Lawrence, Gemma Arterton and Salma Hayek, Eyeko’s cool-girl cosmetics are also used by critically-acclaimed makeup artists around the globe – Lisa Eldridge, Polly Osmond and Kay Montano have all admitted to stocking their kit bag with Eyeko’s high-quality offerings.

    Founder Max Leykind of the brand’s mission to get Chung on board:’We’ve been fans of Alexa’s for a long time, and we were like, ‘She’s an eye freak like us’. She’s as obsessed as we are.’
