Vionnet AW14 hits the runway in a bold colour collaboration of lime and royal blue at Paris Fashion Week, February 2014

Vionnet AW14's colour palette immediately caught our attention as the show brought bold hues to the forefront during Paris Fashion Week.

Forget dark browns and blacks this fall, think rich royal blues and zingy lime greens both clashed and woven together to make a serious fashion statement.

Thrown in to contrast the vibrant shades were a scattering of greys, beiges and off-whites bringing basics back into the fold, but it was clear colour was high on the agenda.

Pieces we loved? A sweeping dress in crisp ice white accessorised with a satin blue belt and green panelling, as well as the cool quilted bombers in Vionnet's signature colours layered over bright roll necks and tailored trousers. Divine.
