What experience and qualities do you need?
Well, according to the job description, the successful candidate must be 'chartered, with relevant qualifications and project management experience, ideally gained within historic occupied buildings’.
The desired qualities continues: ‘Organised, pro-active and with lots of initiative, you'll know how to juggle a varied portfolio, and can adapt to tight deadlines and changing circumstances. With good analytical skills, pragmatism and pro-activity, you're used to anticipating issues and coming up with innovative solutions.
‘Digitally fluent, organised and with an eye for detail, your record keeping and administration are second-to-none. A natural communicator and collaborator used to working with colleagues, contractors and in-house teams, you'll quickly build credibility at all levels.’
