And we cannot wait!

Award season is in full swing, with the BAFTAs taking place this evening, following on from the SAG awards and the Golden Globes last month.

It's hardly surprising therefore that Emily Blunt's iconic SAG awards win and the alleged leaked Grammys winners list isn't getting the world talking this evening. Instead it's the British Academy Film and Television awards, or rather - its guest list.

The BAFTAs is taking place at the Royal Albert Hall, but it's not just A-listers taking to the red carpet, it will be royalty too.

Yes, Prince William and Kate Middleton are in attendance.

'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will attend the #EEBAFTAs Awards ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 10th February,' the official Kensington Palace Twitter account announced last month.

And while this is hardly surprising - given the fact that Prince William is the President of BAFTA, it seems he has a special job this year - and everyone is very excited.

'The Duke, @BAFTA President, and The Duchess will meet BAFTA representatives and watch the ceremony,' the statement continued. 'The Duke will also present the Fellowship award.'

Like we needed another reason to tune into the awards tonight!

We can't wait for William's speech.
