Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie step out in designer style for Young Victoria premiere in London
It was all about the royals at last night’s premiere of The Young Victoria.
Not only is the period drama based on the early life of Queen Victoria, but it was her great great granddaughters, Beatrice and Eugenie, who took centre stage on the red carpet, causing a flashbulb frenzy as they posed alongside their mother, Sarah Ferguson.
Continuing their style ascent, the princesses both chose styles by London designer, Alice Temperley, with Beatrice in an electric blue draped asymetric minidress and Eugenie, elegant in an ivory silk gown, with beautiful beaded detailing.
Keeping up the imperial theme, their mother sported a dress by the grand dame of British fashion, Vivienne Westwood, in regal purple.
Westwood was also the designer of choice for the film’s stunning star, Emily Blunt, who went floor-length and strapless for her moment in the spotlight.
