It was the moment we had all been waiting for. Twilight fever descended on London last night, as Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and many other Breaking Dawn stars hit Westfield Stratford for the movie's fangtastic UK premiere.

And Mc.co.uk had a front row seat...

Thousands of excited fans braved plummeting temperatures to camp out at the event - some had been saving their front row spots since Monday! - in the hope of catching a glimpse of their favourite Twilight star.

Luckily, we bagged a red carpet pass and got in on all the action, bagging a chat with our favourite vamps, plus the movie's director, Bill Condon.

A seriously suave Robert Pattinson spilled the beans on watching Kristen Stewart walk down the aisle in that wedding gown, plus the 'fun' birth sequence, and what he'll miss most about the Twilight movies.

Taylor Lautner told us he was delighted to be back with his 'family', Kristen appeared in a glittering black Cavalli gown, having swapped her satin Jimmy Choo heels for trainers, and Bill Condon revealed all on what we can expect from Breaking Dawn part 2.
