Eva Longoria not pregnant

Eva Longoria Parker is not pregnant, just a little bit 'fat', according to her Desperate Housewives co-star Felicity Huffman.



Rumours have been circulating for weeks that the usually-pint-sized Eva is pregnant after the actress has been pictured wearing a number of loose-fitting dresses, and sporting a mini 'bump'.



But Felicity put paid to the pregnancy rumours - by telling People magazine the star has simply piled on the pounds.



'She's just fat, that's all there is to it!' she exclaimed at the re-opening of the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles.



Eva has repeatedly denied she is pregnant, although she admits she'd love to have children, and says that her recent weight gain is simply for a storyline on hit show Desperate Housewives.



As well as putting on weight for the role, Eva will also don a fat suit this season to portray an overworked housewife, when the plot jumps five years ahead.



'She looks cute,' Huffman said of her fat-suited friend. 'But she's always like, "Feel my ass! Feel my ass!" All the jokes [on set] are Eva and her fat suit.'



It remains to be seen whether the 'fat suit' is just a ruse or not.
