Ben Affleck officially filed for divorce from Jennifer Garner in April this year, two years after the couple originally announced that they were separating. Things had started to look positive for the actors when they called off divorce proceedings in March, but just one month on they agreed to call time on their marriage for good.
Three months on from the divorce papers being filed, Ben is reportedly 'dating' Saturday Night Live producer, Lindsay Shookus. According to E! News, Ben and Lindsay have been spending time together in London while the Oscar-winning actor is working, and they have reportedly been enjoying a string of dates, including a trip to see Sam Mendes' play, Ferryman, together.
A source told E!: 'They are in the early stages [of their relationship]. It's more than a summer fling.
'They are having fun and care for each other. It's early and they are taking it slow.'
Ben and Lindsay are yet to confirm whether they are an item, although the celebrity website claims that they have tried to keep their meet-ups on the down low - but they were quickly spotted out and about in Los Angeles this week on another date shortly after rumours of their relationship started.
When Ben's ten year marriage to Jennifer Garner came to an end earlier this year, he moved out of the family home soon after and the former couple have been lying low.
But they have publicly agreed to put their differences behind them for the sake of their three children - Violet, Seraphina and Samuel - and in a joint public statement, they said: 'We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter.'
