No, EGO does not currently offer free delivery in the UK. Standard delivery costs £3.99 and will arrive within 2-5 working days. Next day delivery is also available for £5.99.
Does EGO have a first order discount?
Yes. To get 23% off your first order as a new customer, you’ll need to subscribe to the EGO newsletter using your email address.
Can I get an EGO NHS discount?
Yes, EGO offers 25% off for NHS workers and key workers. Simply confirm your key worker status via your Blue Light Card account to receive your money off.
What is the EGO returns policy?
EGO has a 28-day returns policy in case you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, along with all tags in tact. Please note that fragrances are not eligible for return.
