Does Quiz offer free delivery?
Yes, when you're a member of QVIP, you'll automatically get access to free standard delivery which will take 3-5 working days to arrive. For those who are not a member of QVIP, standard delivery typically costs £3.99. Alternatively, you can opt for Click & Collect and collect your order in-store, free of charge.
Does Quiz offer express delivery?
Yes, if you're after a more speedy delivery, you can opt for next-day delivery for £5.99, or free of charge for those with QVIP. This will arrive the following working day provided that you place your order before 7pm.
What is the QVIP Delivery Pass?
The QVIP Delivery Pass gives you free next-day delivery, free standard delivery and free click & collect delivery for one year. For just £9.99 a year, the QVIP Delivery Pass is an excellent investment for women who value fast delivery. Purchase the pass by simply adding it to your basket along with your desired items and pay for it at the checkout. You’ll be able to benefit from free next-day delivery all year round for only a fee of £9.99 paid upfront. It will only take two orders made using next-day delivery for customers to save money, so it’s a great deal for the financially savvy.
What payment methods are accepted by Quiz?
Quiz accepts payments made using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, and American Express. You can also use PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Clear Pay, and Quiz gift cards.
Does Quiz offer free returns?
If you'd like to return your latest Quiz order, a total of £1.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount. Just return your item within 14 days of purchase and make sure that the item is in its original packaging and has no sign of wear. Items must be returned in good condition, with little to no sign of wear, tags attached and unspoilt material. To return your item using a freepost returns label, simply fill in the returns label that was delivered alongside your order, package up your return and drop it off with your chosen courier.
How long will it take for my Quiz refund to be processed?
Quiz will aim to process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow at least 7-10 days for it to be received by their warehouse team. After it has been received and processed, you will receive an email to confirm your refund. Please allow an additional 5 working days for the refund to be received by your account. If the refund is declined by your bank, Quiz will contact you to arrange an alternative method of payment.
