Does Coast offer express delivery?
Yes, if you're after a more speedy delivery option, you can opt for next-day delivery for £5.99 which will arrive the following working day, provided that you place your order before 10pm, Mon - Sun.
What payment types does Coast accept?
Coast accepts payments made using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, ClearPay and prepaid debit cards.
Where can I find a Coast student discount?

What is the returns policy at Coast?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your products within 28 days of delivery. Items returned after this time period will not be eligible for a full refund. Ensure that your item is returned in its original packaging and has no signs of wear or use. However, face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, items returned after the 28-day returns policy will not be accepted.
Does Coast offer free returns?
Unfortunately not. At Coast, the cost of making a return is the customer's responsibility. This means that £2.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of delivery. However, VIP members receive free returns all year for just £9.99.
