Is there a BAM free delivery code available?
At Bamboo Clothing, you can qualify for free delivery when you place an order over £50. Standard delivery typically takes 2 working days. For orders below £50, standard delivery will cost £3.95.
What is BAM’s return policy?
Whatever the reason, sometimes you need to send an order back and it's a simple process with Bamboo Clothing. If you would like to return your order, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Where does BAM get its bamboo fabric from?
Sustainability and responsible fashion is the main focus of BAM and they make sure that their positive impact can be traced all the way through the production line. Their supply chain can be traced all the way back to the bamboo forest it comes from so they are able to tell us that it is grown in the Yunan and Sichuan provinces of China. This is then made into fibres in the Hebei province of China which is then made into fabric either by fabric mills in China or exported to other countries.
