The X Factor judge was all smiles as she made her big post-malaria red carpet return, at the launch of her new ring collection for luxury jeweller de Grisogono.
Cheryl paired the embellished asymmetric dress with brown suede Christian Louboutin peep-toes, a tasseled box clutch, her new super-long hair extensions and that famous Geordie grin.
But rewind just over four months, and the frock was given it's very first red carpet outing, by loyal Elie Saab fan, Eva Longoria Parker.
The Desperate Housewife showcased the champagne frock at the Robin Hood premiere after-party, at the Cannes Film Festival back in May.

Eva teamed the champagne-hued mini with ankle-strap heels, golden droplet earrings, a chic chignon - and almost identical make-up to Cheryl.
