We joined the UK style set at the Savoy Hotel in London last night to celebrate a triumphant year at the BFC's British Fashion Awards 2012.

We hit the red carpet to interview some of the night's biggest design winners and nominees including the handsome recipient of the Emerging Talent Award for Menswear, J.W. Anderson, shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood, who scooped the Accessory Designer of the Year prize, and Model of the Year, the Burberry clad Cara Delevingne.

Emerging Talent Award for Accessories winner Sophie Hulme and Jonathan Saunders, who bagged the menswear equivalent, also stopped by for a chat, as did the super-cute and humble Manolo Blahnik, who still seemed surprised at his Outstanding Achievement in Fashion gong.

Aside from the night's winners and nominees we also talked performance excitement with Rita Ora, the night's biggest prizes with Salma Hayek and what makes British fashion special with the ever flawless Dita Von Teese. What's more, we had a quick natter with chatty co-hosts Nick Grimshaw and Gemma Arterton who filled us in about their fun rehearsals, as well as award sponsors Toni & Guy who talked us through the hair looks they created for the red carpet guests.
