Their catwalk series for Sky Living, Styled to Rock, will air on 14 August, and it seems the pair have already formed a close, fashion-focused friendship.

RIHANNA'S STYLE HIGHS AND LOWS

Working with Rihanna was 'fantastic' according to an interview with Nicola Roberts in this week's Look magazine, and they really hit it off when making the series for Sky Living. 'She's [Rihanna] truly original. She portrays what she wants to portray through her clothes, and it changes all the time. And that's something I try to do.'

FIRST LOOK AT STYLED TO ROCK

Nicola will star in the Sky Living series alongside Rihanna and the top British designer, Henry Holland. She will be one of the mentors for 12 young designer hopefuls, as the trio go on the hunt for Britain's best would-be designers and stylists.

It's rumoured that Nicola's fellow bandmate and friend, Cheryl Cole, will make an appearance as a fashion adviser in the show, but at this stage everything is being kept very quiet.
