Elle Woods eat your heart out. Here’s what you need to know about Jeremy Scott’s latest Moschino collection…

Can you guess who inspired Jeremy Scott’s latest Moschino collection? For his debut at the helm he took on Spongebob Squarepants and the Happy Meal. For SS15? He’s taking style tips from all-pink poster girls Elle Woods and Barbie.

From twisting the Moschino logo into that famous dolly-girl font, to the bunch of plastic-fantastic new accessories we're destined to lust over; here’s what you need to know about last night's show.

The Invitation Was A Giant Plastic Comb… Perfect for brushing out a My Little Pony rainbow tail or a statement platinum blonde wig. Beauty was as much a part of this look as the clothes – M.A.C make up artist Lucia Pieroni did waxy plastic skin and two sets of lashes on every girl. Wowza.

Everything Was Pink… Jeremy Scott explored all the guises that his muse has portrayed since her creation in 1959. There was beach babe Barbie, gym bunny Barbie… even a businesswoman Barbie, of sorts. See all the show images in the gallery above.

There Were Models On Roller Skates… We sat in on the pre-show runway rehearsals and caught Jeremy’s reaction when he first saw his creations whizz passed on wheels – cue lots of whooping.

There’s A New iPhone Case Du Jour Last season every blogger worth their stats got their hands on Jeremy’s ‘Would you like fries with that?’ iPhone case. The new mirror mirror case is surely a future collectable.

We Don’t Have To Wait ‘Til Next Summer To Buy It… A capsule collection of the Barbie themed pieces will land on STYLEBOP.com this Sunday. "With so much of what the fashion industry does playing out in real-time, it’s no surprise that we have the need for a little instant gratification. Jeremy Scott’s Moschino is cheeky, irreverent, and very much in tune with the zeitgeist,” said the site’s Fashion Director Leila Yavari after the show.

There Were Barbie Dolls For Everyone Yes, actual ones, left on the seats of every guest on the front row. She was fully decked out in the show’s first look – a mini pink leather biker and zip front pencil skirt. Anna Dello Russo was in raptures.
