If you're searching for the perfect jewellery to add some sparkle to your party dress, you'll love this week’s Friday Treat competition. We’ve teamed up with ChloBo to offer one lucky reader a stack of bracelets from ChloBo’s new Lucky 13 collection, worth £500. The winner can choose whether they would like a sterling silver and black onyx stack or a gold-plate and black onyx stack – perfect for the Christmas party season.
A regular feature on the arms of Britain's most stylish women, ChloBo offers a range of irresistible collectables including chunky tasselled bracelets, stackable charm bracelets, Rosary necklaces, rings and earrings. Each piece is crafted in the highest quality sterling silver and gold-plate mixed with a range of semi-precious stones changing season on season. Founder and designer Chloe Moss was originally inspired to create the collection after her travels to the Indonesian Island of Bali. After watching a lady making bracelets on the beach she went to speak to silversmiths to discuss sourcing and how to make jewellery. To this day the heart and soul of Bali is in the essence of ChloBo, and this can be seen by her continued use of materials from the island (Chloe still uses the silversmith she originally visited and visits him annually to discuss designs), as well as traditional iconography (such as Hamsa Hands and the Evil Eye) in the charms used. Chloe has fast become a jewellery designer to the stars, with ChloBo a regular feature on the arms of some of Britain’s favourite celebrities including Elle MacPherson, The Saturdays, Nicola Roberts, Stooshe, Millie Mackintosh, Holly Willoughby, Cheryl Cole, Leighton Meester, Fearne Cotton, Ellie Goulding, Rosie Fortescue and Pixie Lott. The new Lucky 13 collection for AW13 is a mix of sterling silver, Gold and faceted black onyx charm stacking bracelets, Rosary necklaces and rings. Chloe has specifically chosen many of the charms within the collection as they recognised as ‘lucky’ icons and symbols. Onyx, said to protect and ward off negativity, is very sparkly so makes the perfect accessory for the party season.
