The songstress wiped away tears as as she duetted with the 'little monster'
Songstress Lady Gaga wiped away tears last night, after inviting ten-year-old ‘Little Monster’ Maria Aragon to duet with her on stage.
The outlandish singer invited little fan Maria to perform a duet of new single Born This Way – in front of an audience of 20,000 – after spotting her covering the song on YouTube.
Little Maria became an overnight hit on the video site, racking up an amazing 17 million views.
And her online performance was rewarded with the ultimate treat – the chance to sing live on stage with her idol.
The beaming ten-year-old perched on Gaga’s lap to play the piano, for a pared down version of the new tune.
‘I’m really excited that Maria is here today, because Maria represents what this song is all about,’ Lady G told the audience.
After the performance, Gaga handed the floor to her tiny fan, who brought tears to the singer’s eyes as she thanked the audience for their support.

Earlier today Virgin Mobile launched a search to find official bloggers for Gaga’s 2011 Monster’s Ball tour. Winners will be flown to the US to catch all the behind-the-scenes, and meet the star herself.
