Warner Bros execs have hinted at plans to completely reboot the famous franchise, revealing they intend to ‘reinvent’ Batman after the film’s next instalment.
‘We have the third Batman, but then we’ll have to reinvent Batman,’ the studio’s chief Jeff Robinov admitted yesterday, confirming they are looking to overhaul both the characters and story in upcoming movies.
‘Chris Nolan and [producing partner and wife] Emma Thomas will be producing it,’ he added, ‘so it will be a conversation with them about what the next phase is.’
