It's being claimed that the X Factor judge features in a sex tape
Tulisa Contostavlos has called in her lawyers after a US website posted a sex tape they claim features the X Factor judge.
Pappzd.com published the seven-minute video, which features a young woman engaging in oral sex.
The 23-year-old has since obtained a court injunction which prohibits anyone from using, publishing all or any part of the film.
A spokesman for the website that posted the footage said that Tulisa's lawyers visited them personally and insisted they remove the video.
They wrote on their Twitter page yesterday afternoon: 'So ummm... Tulisa’s lawyers just left our office after serving us a handwritten cease and desist notice.

'So basically we’ve had to take the video down.'
Tulisa's representatives have refused to comment on the sex tape furore, saying: 'Tulisa has asked us not to comment on speculation about her personal life.'
Last year, the singer also faced sex tape allegations when an unidentified man tried to sell a kinky video, again apparently featuring her, for £500,000. At the time her spokesperson said: 'This tape is 100 per cent fake and is just someone trying to cash in on her X Factor role.
'She is horrified that someone would go to the extreme lengths of fabricating a video. It is absolutely not her. Tulisa has categorically never allowed anyone to film her having sex.'
The star broke-up with fellow N-Dubx bandmate Fazer in January.
