The actress was taken into custody after violating her probation hearing

Oh dear, Li-Lo. Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan was handcuffed and taken into custody once again after a hearing LA yesterday, after violating the terms of her probation.

Li-Lo has been under the watchful eye of the authorities after she was accused of taking a $2,500 necklace from a jewellery store near her home.

And Lindsay’s latest run in with the law comes after it was revealed the actress was kicked off her community service course at LA’s Downtown Women's Centre – in a breach of her probation. 

‘There has been violation after violation,’ judge Stephanie Sautner told the actress, who reportedly missed almost all of her appointments at the centre, then ‘showed up once and left after an hour.’

‘I don't know how she did that in person every week,’ the judge added, referring to the starlet’s court-ordered weekly psychological counselling sessions, which were postponed while she worked on modeling assignments in Europe.

The tearful actress was led away in handcuffs after the hearing, but was released after posting the whopping $100,000, bail.

Although lucky Lindsay will not spend any more time behind bars for now, a date for her next appearance was set for November.
