Tom Cruise makes time in his busy schedule to celebrate Suri's seventh birthday with an early party- and lots of cake! The mega star may be jetting around the world promoting his new movie Oblivion but the doting dad made sure he didn't miss celebrating his special little girl's big day.

During a call in to Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Cruise revealed how he had already celebrated his daughter's birthday, saying: 'Done already. All done. I take care of the kids early. You'll know, you have to plan ahead for these things. It's all done and all celebrated.'

Tom also admitted that he joined Suri, who turns seven today, in indulging in some junk food, 'I'll eat cake, cupcakes,' he said. 'I eat all that stuff!'

The Hollywood A-lister was up to a different kind of partying earlier this week in New York when he enjoyed a night out with pals at the swanky Soho House in New York's Meatpacking District, following a screening of his latest movie, science fiction epic Oblivion which also stars Olga Kurylenko.

We're sure mum Katie Holmes will be spoiling her little girl today too after previously admitting that Suri's birthday is her favourite day of the year. Happy birthday to Suri Cruise!
