Robert Pattinson is reported to have paid a secret visit to a children's hospital to pose for pictures with fans, according to Wenn.
Having just seen Robert's latest Dior Homme teaser pic, we thought the former Twilight star couldn't get any more appealing. Until now, that is.
According to reports, Rob popped into the Teen Lounge of the Los Angeles Children's Hospital on 16 August and surprised fans as he posed next to them for snaps by their beds.
'Robert was so nervous about meeting the kids - he didn't want to let them down - which is a testament to how humble he is,' staff member Ana Vega told Wenn.
'He was incredibly gracious and kind. He will probably never fully understand what a huge lift he gave to these kids today, and how it will positively impact them over the long term.'
The star also sat with patients and painted photo frames, as well as paying private visits to two young fans suffering from cystic fibrosis.
The best part? There wasn't a camera in sight.
