The Twilight heart-throb has reportedly been dating English playwright Polly Stenham

Robert Pattinson only split from long-term love Kristen Stewart last week, but it seems that he may already have a new girlfriend.

The Twilight heart-throb has been linked to English playwright Polly Stenham, who penned the hit play That Face, after the two were spotted hanging out together around the time that R-Patz ended his relationship with K-Stew.

A picture of the rumoured couple out drinking with friends was posted onto Instagram, before it was swiftly deleted from the account. Don't they look cosy?

While the Robert romance rumours swirl, it's understood that Kristen turned to her a clutch of her closest friends for support over the break-up during Memorial Day weekend in the US.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: 'Kristen has been doing her best to keep busy now that Rob is no longer in the picture. Her friends have been by her side 24/7. Over the long weekend, they spent lots of time in Silverlake, where her younger brother lives.'

Yesterday we reported that Rob and Katy Perry had been pictured together at a wedding rehearsal in Santa Barbara over the weekend, further fuelling the rumours as to why the Twilight couple split.

The source continued: 'This is probably the longest amount of time Rob and Kristen haven’t spoken to each other. Kristen isn’t upset with Katy because she doesn’t think anything romantic is going on between them.'
