Twilight twosome Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted sneaking out for a romantic date-night at Hollywood hotspot, The Hotel Café, yesterday evening.

The rumoured romantics have recently been kept apart by work commitments, as they separately embarked on a gruelling stint of film and promotional duties.

Kristen joined Taylor Lautner for a round-the-world Twilight Eclipse publicity tour, while Rob was kept in LA to shoot upcoming flick, Water for Elephants, with Reese Witherspoon.

But it seems the couple were delighted to be reunited, and decided to fit in a romantic evening out while they were both in town.

The notoriously private pair donned jeans and T-shirts for their night at the Hollywood venue, where they watched friend Sam Bradley perform with his band. 

Rob and Kristen then spent the evening at the trendy location, before sneaking out of a side entrance and into the back of a waiting car.

This marks a change for the secretive Twilight twosome, who usually leave events at different times, and from different exits, in an effort to avoid being pictured together.

But the couple’s relationship has recently been confirmed by a number of insiders - including Twilight director Wyck Godfrey - so could it be that they’ve decided to come clean at last?
