Lily Allen drops two dress sizes after hypno-dieting
Lily Allen has successfully beaten the bulge after undergoing a new diet trend emerging from the US: ‘hypno-dieting’.
The singer looked fantastic as she returned from a New Year holiday in St. Barts this week – and it’s all reportedly down to hypnotherapy sessions that claim to remove the desire for eating fatty foods and drinking alcohol.
At £300 a session, the treatment’s not cheap, but it is reportedly effective – and is currently taking America by storm.
Susan Hepburn, a Harley Street hypnotist, said: ‘It's very big in LA and New York and it's becoming increasingly popular in London,
'During sessions, I taught Lily to favour healthy, low-fat meals instead of junk food.
'And to see that alcohol isn't a confidence booster, it's just extra calories that sabotage your efforts to get a good body.’
