The pair are said to have called off their romance earlier this summer, after Chelsy Davy postponed her training contract with top lawyers Allen and Ovary and decided to turn home to South Africa.
‘It was a gradual end to the relationship. It whimpered out,’ an insider revealed at the time.
‘It's not practical with Harry's commitments to the Army and his family to be in a relationship with someone in a different country. It was an obvious time for a clean break. The spark is gone and she's focused on moving back to be where her heart lies.
‘She was distraught when they split last year but it's different now. She knows she did everything to make it work.’

And it seems Prince Harry has wasted no time in making the most of his single status.
After attending a ball with cousin Zara Phillips at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, the young royal hit Raffles for a night on the town, emerging in the early hours, with what looked like a phone number scrawled on his hand.
'Harry was clearly smitten and up for a good night,’ said one onlooker. It seems he's finally got used to the idea Chelsy isn't going to take him back.'
