Meghan Markle gave birth to her and Prince Harry's first child in the early hours of May 6.

Over the last few months fans have been speculating over the former Suits star's due date, the gender of the royal baby, as well as the name of baby Sussex.

Now the couple have fans wondering when the couple will introduce their baby to the world and we can FINALLY meet the little one, especially as the Duchess of Sussex bucked royal protocol as she did not pose on the steps of the Lindo Wing with her newborn like Kate Middleton and the late Princess Diana.

So when will we meet the royal baby?

Harry has revealed his son will make his first ever public appearance this week, so there's not long to wait.

When the 34-year-old royal announced the news he was a father, he also shared details of when we can swoon over baby Sussex.

He said: 'How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension, but we're both absolutely thrilled and so grateful to all the love and support from everybody out there. It's been amazing, so we just wanted to share this with everybody.

'I'm so incredibly proud of my wife. And as every father and parent would say, your baby is absolutely amazing. But this little thing is absolutely to-die-for so I'm absolutely over the moon.'

He concluded his speech on Monday: 'We will be seeing you in two days time as planned as a family to be able to share with you guys and so everyone can see the baby.'
